“Out of This World Leadership” for a New Year: Pyle’s 3 P’s for 2014

Leaning on the Moon

As I mentioned in my reflections on 2013 post, I like to start each year by choosing a “fruit of the Spirit” from Galatians 5:22 as a particular focus.

Galatians 5:22:  But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

This year, I need to focus on Patience.  Webster defines Patience as “the capacity, habit, or fact of being patient.”  OK…why does Webster get away with defining a word with itself when my Elementary English teacher never allowed me to do that?  Webster goes on to define “patient” as the ability to remain calm and not become annoyed when waiting for a long time or when dealing with problems or difficult people.
